Assembly Instructions
-
The T-Shaped Base comes pre-welded with mounting brackets on either side for the 24" Legs. The Legs will be mounted using (4) included 3/8" bolts and nuts. We recommend it be slightly pitched back away from the shooter due to frontal weight. This angle can be easily changed after full assembly by slightly loosening the nuts.
-
(2) 3" Square Connector Brackets will surround and connect the 3"x21" Vertical Hub Support Plate to the top of the T-Shaped Base using (4) included 3/8" bolts and nuts.
-
(2) 3" Square Connector Brackets will surround and connect the Hub Assembly to the top of the 3"x21" Vertical Hub Support Plate using (4) included 3/8" bolts and nuts.
-
The 17" Long Main Mounting Beams will mount to the front of the Hub Assembly using (8) included 3/8" carriage bolts and nuts. Beams and hub can be aligned easiest when positioned vertically.
-
The (2) outside 6" hub assemblies come pre-aligned and assembled. The (6) 6.5" Star Arms w/ Pre-Assembled Spring Retainers will mount to them using (12) included 3/8" bolts and nuts.
-
If Rotation Stop Bolt is desired, align the main beams horizontally or vertically, insert the bolt from the front and tighten down the nut on the back of the bearing protector plate. The same can be done with the outside 6" hubs.
-
Ensure all nuts and bearing set screws are securely fastened.
-
Lastly, insert the paddles and you’re ready for the range!
